Bankruptcy Counseling and Education

Triangle Family Services is approved in all three districts of North Carolina to provide both individual credit counseling briefings and personal financial management instructional courses to fulfill the certification requirements under the new U.S. Bankruptcy Code.

We can provide these services in person, by telephone, or on-line.

Individual Briefings are $34.00 for a single or joint filer.

Instructional courses are $20.00 for a single or joint filer.

Classes are conducted on the second Tuesday of every month.
Class times run from 6 PM to 8 PM.
