Triangle Family Services prevents homelessness and evictions by providing emergency financial assistance, intensive case management, and budget counseling services to eligible Raleigh residents facing imminent risk of eviction from their homes or apartments.
We may be able to help if you are:
In immediate danger of becoming homeless
In receipt an eviction notice
Triangle Family Services is committed to assisting Wake County community members in their transition from homelessness to safe, stable, and affordable housing. To do this, we provide eviction prevention services through direct financial assistance, comprehensive case management, and financial counseling to individuals and families who are at risk of experiencing homelessness.
Call Wake County Coordinated Intake, Resource and Referral Line at 919.861.1195 to be screened for eligibility. The call center operates Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
