Triangle Family Services is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency, utilizing the Housing First model that centers on quickly moving people into independent and permanent housing, then providing additional support and services as needed. We help families through a unique combination of direct financial assistance, professional case management, financial education and connection to community resources.

Triangle Family Services housing is only able to receive referrals through Wake County’s Coordinated Entry system. If your family is experiencing a housing crisis, the first step to take is to do your intake assessment through the Coordinated Entry Access site at Oak City Cares located at 1430 S. Wilmington Street, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM or one of the available access sites within Wake County. A full listing of sites, locations, and times can be found on the website: partnershipwake.org. Coordinated Entry can assist with referrals to emergency shelters, to Street Outreach teams, and available Homeless Prevention Programs. All access sites are in-person only.
