Rental Assistance Housing Program (RAHP)

The Rental Assistance Housing Program (RAHP) is a permanent supportive housing program that links rental assistance and support services to individuals who are experiencing homelessness with a diagnosed disability. Our case managers provide assertive engagement and ongoing case management to assist recipients in maintaining adequate living capacity.

Individuals are connected to this program through our partners: Wake County and Alliance Behavioral Healthcare.

“When I was handed the key to my new apartment, I cheered with delight. I couldn’t wait to open the door to a home that was all mine.”
