    Gabrielle Adams, MSW, LCSWA

Gabrielle Adams, MSW, LCSWA, is a maternal health therapist dedicated to supporting women through the multifaceted journey of motherhood. With many years of experience in the field, Gabrielle understands that maternal health extends beyond physical wellness to encompass mental wellness, which plays a critical role for women at various stages of motherhood—whether they are new moms, seasoned moms, or trying to become moms.

Gabrielle recognizes that the path to and through motherhood can be riddled with discomfort, a wide range of emotions, uncertainty, and exhaustion. She acknowledges the hard times and the emotional turbulence that women often face, describing it as feeling on top of the world one minute and sinking the next. Gabrielle believes that if you were never given the tools to stay afloat, it can be challenging to keep your head above water.

In her practice, Gabrielle provides a safe space where women can share their experiences and receive the support they need. She emphasizes that therapy offers more than just a listening ear; it provides the necessary tools to not only stay afloat and survive but to thrive in the process. Gabrielle is committed to helping women navigate the difficult moments in life and empowering them to overcome challenges with resilience and strength.
